Super luxurious at a reasonable price range. If you try to achieve both separation and luxury elsewhere, it will cost double for suites at ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort or Fusaki Beach Resort. That is a separate class seeking a superb experience beyond just "room layout".

• Family Appeal Points
  • All rooms are suite specifications. Ocean Wing Special Room and Forest Wing 1st floor have separate living and bedrooms.
  • Equipped with washer/dryer, large refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen in all rooms.
  • Close to large supermarkets in the city and JA Farmers Market (Yuratik Market), making it easy to buy baby food and side dishes.
  • Facilities are new and clean! Amazing luxury from the exterior.
  • Close to Fusaki Beach Resort, so day use of Splash Park is easy.

A condominium opened in the Arakawa area near the city center in 2024. It is ideal for families seeking a stay like living, and the ease of shopping locally is outstanding. The sunset sinking into Taketomi Island is a superb view because you can see the west well. If you taste it with your children, it should remain deeply in your memory as a trip memory.

As a note, the sea in front of the hotel has many rocky areas and is not suitable for swimming. Water play will be mainly enjoying the clean and well-equipped hotel pool. Since there are no facilities for children such as sliders in the pool, the day use plan of the nearby Fusaki Beach Resort is highly recommended. Not only can you use Fusaki Beach, but you can also use the island's best kids pool "Splash Park", indoor pool, large public bath, etc., so it is possible to completely compensate for the parts lacking in VIVOVIVA. The shop at Fusaki Beach Resort sells not only diapers and baby food but also diapers for water play.

2. THE UBUFURU ISHIGAKI (Miyara Area)

Price Range: Approx. 25,000 - 60,000 JPY per person

Compared to VIVOVIVA, the luxury (or "Instagrammable level") is slightly modest, but the fulfillment of facilities typical of a large resort is wonderful. If you look at detailed consideration for families with children and ease of movement within the hotel alone, this one wins. Renamed from Ishigaki Resort Hotel in 2025.

  • 1LDK/2LDK layout where bedroom and living room are firmly separated by walls and doors. High sound insulation, and the quality of "adult free time" after putting kids to sleep is the best on the island.
  • Overwhelming spaciousness exceeding 100 square meters even in the smallest room. Plenty of space even with a stroller open.
  • Living infrastructure such as large refrigerator and washer/dryer is perfectly equipped.
  • There is an outdoor pool with a great view.
  • Next to Miyara River, a famous sightseeing spot for kayaking and SUP activities, so sightseeing flow is easy.

A facility with all suite specifications located in the Miyara area in the southern part of the island (formerly Ishigaki Resort Hotel). Notable is its spaciousness, allowing you to relax indoors. However, location requires compromise. The sea in front corresponds to the mangrove estuary area, there are no facilities such as jellyfish nets, and almost no one is swimming. Also, since it is far from the nearest supermarket, it is essential to design a flow to strategically finish shopping for snacks and drinks in the room in the city area on the way back from sightseeing.

2. If You Don't Need Hotel-like Services, Cottage Types are Reasonable
